I know that if he has two then one each (unless other person doesn’t want a baby)

hope this isn't a silly question- are accessories a rarity? Is there a limit to accessories for an adopt?

I wouldn't say so no. A common with a hat on is still a common. This comes with the understanding that an offspring won't necessarily get accessories. Kind of up to the artist who did the breeding. I know we've had some flower crown pretties who pass on their flower crowns, but as I said, I'd say thats up to the artist doing the breeding.

HOWEVER.
If you can't really see any of the Longneck, like you're going full on accessory crazy, I would suggest also doing an version (like hitting the colour me in so it's in the same thread family) without accessories. As always though, Pitbull gets last say!

Since apparently I get the last say XD I would have to agree with Fiern. Since often the stories about Longnecks end up involving items that they love or wear (for example: Longneck #190) , I wouldn’t make it part of the rarity.

Also, as Fiern mentioned please do make a version on the “Color Me In” section. I would say to do this even if you can see most of the Longneck. Now, obviously if you’re item(s) only covers up a tiny bit of their skull or some other region then you’re fine (for example: Longneck #126).
