If you're an artist, do you have to pay someone else to breed your longnecks?

No, if you'd like to do it yourself you could ^^

Personally I would prefer to have someone else do it for me just because there's a bit of a surprise factor but anything works!

I hecking love long necks, the base and artists are (is??) awesome, and everyone is so nice! Longnecks are already getting pretty successful!
