what's their dream job?:: Aleksei wasn't always obsessed with the paranormal. There was even a point in his life in which he didn't believe at all. He thought he was destined to live in a cubicle, but fate decided to send him on a different path. The first time Aleks saw "an apparition" (he doesn't like to call them ghosts), he was well into his college days. It took on the shape of his mother, who he lost to a horrible sickness when he was young and still in Russia. The couple days after the apparition were miserable for him. Not only had he come down with a stomach bug, but nobody believed him when he told them his story. Word went around fast at his college- "ghost boy", he had been dubbed. Among his peers, however, he found those who had similar interests; he became closest to one named Oscar. Even if he now still resides in a cubicle after college, he dreams of "hunting" ghosts and bridging the gap between the dead and the living.
