To state it simply, Shi is already living his dream job. Back in 2010, Shiro created the World Rehabilitation Center for Animals. It's a rehabilitation center that started off with five patients every few weeks or so, and now it has blossomed into hundreds of patients being brought into his center for rehabilitation.
You may ask, what does Shi even do here? What's the main goal? Shiro is not only the CEO, but he is the head physician for helping rehabilitate animals who are going to be put down for behavioral problems. Animals will be brought in who are on death row. Animals that have lashed out, bitten people, gotten aggressive, they're all treated here in order to prevent those incidents from happening again. His success rates have been skyrocketing as well. 9/10 patients are healable through Shiro's treatment courses.
Aside from his rehabilitation job in the real world, back at home Shiro has another job. He runs a full time rescue organization for wild animals who are hurt or need rehabilitation in some sort of way. The animals range from squirrels all the way up to deer. Shiro will be up at all hours of the night in order to help these animals. If he gets a call in the middle of the night about a deer thats been hit, you better believe that he'll be there. This part of Shi's job is completely non profit and he uses either his own money or donations to help fund the rescue missions. Shi lives on a large ranch style farm, so he probably has over 70 animals roaming his farm at a time.
