They are rare new PPS versions of each original species that are exclusively from the Frolic section.
( Me and Mick both had the same idea, so when I mentioned it to her she decided to make them. c: )

You'll see the other designs eventually as well, but that one is one I made for myself since I'm now a perm artist.

Basically, when someone's pocket babies return, i run them through a random number generator between 1 and 15, with the person's username on a random number. if the generator picks that number, they get a pps pocket babie!
i'll keep your request in mind if you get one
it's up to the artists for what designs they make though ^-^
