Update with the store

As of late dave and I have been discussing how to possibly make the store run a little smoother in respect to the art thread. We've come to a conclusion a specific form will help us keep better track of those art related gems, so lo and behold the art-gem transfer form!

Whenever you've made art for another user and posted it on the gift exchange, you can use this form and add those gems to your total. That way it's easier to keep track of, but also helps us count out everyone's totals and make sure there's no math errors. Hopefully this helps everyone as well / makes some stuff easier.
