If its your birthday, you can get yourself a free lil fella!
You can get one per birthday! These guys are completely free, and you do not need to wait for any slot openings to submit a form asking for one. Any artist who's available will be making these, and you cannot ask for a specific artist.

If you want to preview the different combinations, you can use B-day werm preview maker! Previewer was made by Viperr! :]

-These guys are only able to be gifted, they cannot be traded for anything in return!

-You can submit a form for a birthday werm up to a month after your birthday has happened!

-If you are uncomfortable with using your specific date, you are free to only specify the month, but in this case your form must be posted at the end of said month.

-Do not disclose your age anywhere, it violates CS rules.

-Choose a maximum of one from each category (and whether you'd like the werm to have a party hat and/or sprinkles), and then fill out the form along with the colors you'd like at the bottom of this post!

-You do not need to provide a specific color for each thing if you don't want to, just a general color scheme/flavor is enough for artists to go on!

-While you can choose any colors/color scheme you want, please do not ask for any patterns/complex markings or additional edits; simple gradients are ok!

-You don't have to choose one in every category, they can be as simple as you'd like! You could literally just have a plain werm lol
