Abilities/Powers:
For the purposes of this roleplay, he isn't immortal. Rather,
he has a very high pain tolerance. While pain isn't a foreign
concept to him, he can endure much more than normal people
can when it comes to injury before becoming inhibited in his
actions.

Personality and Other Relevant Information:
Incredibly nihilistic, deals with a steadily worsening case of PTSD
and athazagoraphobia. To help cope with his constantly miserable
mindset, he took up chainsmoking, seeing as it's the one harm to
him that he can completely control. Despite his shortcomings with
his smoking addiction, he's an incredibly reliable friend. He's willing
to put himself in harms way to protect those he loves.

The biggest aspect of his trauma is how he saw his sister die in
front of him. Due to the instability of his family, what with his
parents having addictions in their own rights, the criminals
who lived in a shed behind his house took it upon themselves to
take the life of Karen McCormick in front of the rest of her family
to make an example of why debts need to be repayed. Because
of his parent's low economic standing and pre-existing addictions
that soaked up every cent they received, he was never put into
therapy to help him cope with this. Because of this, he's built up
an incredibly apathetic outer shell to show to those he talks to.
Only people who can break through his shell can actually see how
miserable he is.

Due to his high pain tolerance, he's endured a lot of injuries
without batting an eye. Because of this, he has a ton of
scars. Be this from past fights or injuries he didn't notice
and therefore went untreated.

Naoto Shirogane is a short (152 cm) girl
with an androgynous appearance.
She often dresses up in masculine clothing.
She has short dark blue hair and gray eyes.
Naoto is often seen wearing formal clothing
like blue shirts and ties, as well as always
sporting a signature blue cap. Naoto tends
to speak in a deep voice, though her voice
becomes high-pitched when she is stressed,
angry, or afraid. She can often be mistaken
as a male (and for the longest time, she'd
deliberately dressed up as a male), though
she will not correct you if you accidentally
refer to her in male pronouns. She is willing
to admit and accept the fact that she is
female, though.

Naoto is a serious girl. She is very mature for her age,
due to the fact that her parents died in a car accident when
she was young. Her no-nonsense attitude might cause her to
be seen as a "killjoy" sometimes when the people around her
are involved in silly antics, as she rarely jokes around. She
is focused and mission-oriented, prioritizing her work most
of the time. However, because of her "uptight" nature, she
has trouble socializing and making friends, which leads her
to become insecure about it. Naoto is very analytical and
intelligent. Being a detective, she has solved many cases
and was dubbed "Detective Prince" by the media (prior to
the revelation of her real gender). Despite all of her
intelligence and maturity, she is very insecure on the
inside. She was initially very insecure about her gender
and age, because her line of work is usually dominated
by males and the adults she works with would usually
look down in her and consider her a child. However,
the events in her home world has caused her to face
these insecurities, and she is starting to accept her
femininity. Despite this, though, she has a shy side
to her, becoming easily flustered and embarrassed
when uncomfortable topics crop up (like things
related to romance). Naoto is also quite caring
towards friends, and values her allies greatly.
