Oakpool was born to firepool and witheredpond, his birth causing outrage, as they found his mother much too old to even think of having kits. They were proven right when his mother died only days later. Oakpool was feisty at a young age, being known for attacking the other kits. Weeks after the death of his mother, his father too disappeared, leaving only the stories as to what could have possibly happened.
