The dance has not been planned yet, seeing as we wanted it to be later in the Roleplay when everyone is associated with everyone else and has ideas with who they want to take

Appearance;; Overall Jay seems to be quite small for his age, shorter than average and very thin-he eats plenty well, it's just the 'Bird' part of him. From the waist up he's a normal human teenager, with the exception of his left arm, which is a bird's foot with a few blue feathers at his shoulder. His skin is quite pale, his hair has the colour and markings of a blue jay, and his eyes are dark brown. His knees and legs are basically a bird's-and he has a plumed tail behind him. A very small pair of blue wings are on his back, though they cannot do anything and are an embarrassment to Jay so he tries to keep them hidden. His bird arm and legs are black/dark grey.

Powers;; Jay can mimic bird calls extremely well, can balance and perch, is very lightweight, and can see extremely well. The only things I would count as actual "powers" might be his eye sight and communication with blue jays.
Personality/History;; Jay remembers very little before the age of three, when he was taken to live at a lab in a forest that was a bit far from most civilization. Soon after he had arrived, he woke up one morning to find his body, memories, and even personality tampered with; he was told that he had been one of the only successful experiments of morphing creatures from different families. The species hybrid lived in the lab and trained with both the scientists and the environment of the pine-forest outside in both educational and survival information and actions. There were six other kids no more than five years older or younger than himself, and though he knew of their existence he was never able to communicate with them. One day when he was on a lone survival mission, he surprised a pair of game hunters and they brought him back to town to see if they could find out more about him. He ended up being brought to this academy.
// his personality seems to be extremely survival-inspired. Due to lack of contact with many others, he is either very mistrusting or very gullible about things and tends to be a loner either way. Jay is easily flustered, confused, and shy, though he is pretty intelligent from being taught certain things by the scientists that worked with him. He is also usually quiet and reserved, though despite his independent styles if an interesting topic comes up he can talk your ear off. Jay has been noted to be a bit emotionless and curious along with having a short but mild temper.

Weaknesses;; Jay is very intelligent, but only really in certain scientific topics, languages, math, and survival. He has many questions about the world he doesn't know; he is extremely independent but feels the need to be told what to do. He had strict discipline so he tends to be a bit of a perfectionist; bird feet might be good for birds, but not so much for humans. The combined features of being lightweight and having bird feet make him easily pushed around and tripped.; his tiny wings are a HUGE embarrassment to him and also get in the way a lot of the time. This goes for his tail as well; He was raised to not reveal his emotions or even think about them that much and to focus on survival. This makes it hard for him to sympathise with others most of the time and even gives him trouble with dealing with his own thoughts or feelings; he can be very impulsive, and though his choices usually don't have very bad consequences, it does happen to annoy a lot of people sometimes (ex: he brought a ton of birds inside the academy whoops)

Mina is in dorm 4, so does that mean she shares a dorm with all the people in it? or is it two roommates per room?

Normally I wouldnt accept because of the fact he is a bird hybrid
And on the front page it says we dont need more of them
But since you already made the form its alright, and accepted

They all have their own room because its so big
