The war for Cybertron is still the same as any other universe, Decepticons and Autobots fight one another, the Decepticons used to fight to liberate those who were oppressed and enslaved in the arenas and slave trade etc; the Autobots trying their best to prevent further blood shed and ruin to their home. But as their numbers grew and Megatron became more power hungry, he began to loose focus on the original goal and soon the two factions fought to kill the other, endlessly, until the planet died.

time skip a few hundred years

Since the planet was destroyed, the two factions spread out into the universe in search of resources and the other factions, often fighting to the death on distant moons and planets. Squadrons got separated, spark mates lost contact with their bonded one, sparklings lost their parents, and prisoners were being taken on both side; some held to ransom, some tortured, but most killed. This was when news of a new planet reached the audios of the two warring factions, a planet named Earth. Lord Megatron and Optimus Prime, knowing the other would attempt to take the planet, both sent a group of their warriors to the planet in an attempt to capture it and take it from the current inhabitants and protect it from their enemies.

Little did they know what would occur when they arrived..

brief character introduction: Oberon is an older Cybertronian who knew the Cybertron before the great war, sadly he was a gladiator and did not see as much of the living planet as many others, but he saw enough through his many exchanges of masters. He gained the rank of commander after many years of working hard for the Decepticons and climbing the ranks, before he was eventually recognised for his abilities to lead and placed with his own squadron.
The general word is that Oberon is a hard commander and does not let his troops slack off, he keeps on target and pushes his mechs and femmes to the best of their abilities; he has a zero nonsense tolerance and will not allow infighting unless it is sparring, and will not hesitate to punish those he deems need it. However, he can be an extremely kind and understanding mech; having come from the bottom of the world he has seen many struggles and can relate with many troubles. He cares a lot for those he is in charge of and does not put others down when asking for help, nor does he inflict intentional harm or pain.

unique ability: Sparrow has the ability to control and manipulate electrical currents, ranging from lightening strikes to even the smallest signals in a mech's processor; though this is extremely taxing on her spark and can cause exhaustion if her concentration is held too long. She also has the ability to store masses of electrical power within her frame and can disperse it from any part of her frame if she pleases, as well as integrate it into her dragon fire to cause a devastating and searing flame. The electrical signals also connect to all her weapons.

brief character introduction: Not a lot is truly known about this mysterious femme, she keeps to herself an awful lot and doesn't have the tenancies to make friends when she is in a group or out in battle. However, there are a lot of rumors about her going around the Decepticons and even the Autobots know a great deal about her and her reputation.
There are a few solid facts that a lot of Cybertronians know by this time: she is Soundwave's apprentice and has been for a long time, carrying out her master's will when he is other wise occupied; she is also a well known assassin and to this date has never missed a shot or lost a target; though she might not be as formidable or sparkless as the DJD, it has been rumored that she has done some terrible things, like slaughtering mechs during their sleep, burning whole squadrons to ash, and even killed sparklings...

brief character introduction:
Swift has been a very artistic femme since very young.
She joined the academy to be a medic and joined a run down body shop to earn her currency in the mean time.
Her parents were environmentalists and cared for animal welfare, which their daughter naturally took an interest in ad well.
She even came up with a few inventions to help them in their work.
Living in a higher part of Iacon city she was looked down on by her snooty neighbors and most of her family but Swift didn't care.
She loved that shop and she got to do what she loved most.
Her boss soon realised her true potential.
The shop became more and more popular and was famous by the time Swift had to leave to finish Medic school.
She was recruited by the military as she passed at the academy with flying colours.
She became a great asset to them as an inventor for weapon moduals and as a Medic.
Swift was inspired by Angelina Jolie in Tomb Raider, hence her accent/voice.
Swift is a kind and understanding femme, however she likes to be organized and can get snippy if her things are messed with.
Another example of this is when she's working or tending to someone's wounds because she needs it to be quiet or preferably silent.

brief character introduction:
Think of his voice as Carter from need for speed carbon or something similar to Kevin Hart.
Wild by name, wild by nature.
This mech was one of Cybertron's best boxing champions to date.
Not the big titles that is but the underground, not-so-legal types.
Took after his farther as his old mech trained him.
Unfortunately his farther passed due to ill health and Wild joined the Academy to become a warrior.
He has a short fuse so test him and you'll know what a knuckle sandwich tastes like.
Wildstreak is a lively much in battle and in general, he always enjoys getting in on a prank.

She was born as an Autobot who's parents cast her aside (or so she was told). Well her uncle took her in and raised her as his own.
Into his way of life.
His order.
The Order was once a strong network of rouges that lived in a place deep underneath Kaon.
Mercenaries/theives/assassins/spies.
(More will come out of the shadows of her past as the rp gets underway)
Blindside is a force to be reckoned with in battle and out, having superior skills in Logistics.
But due to her numb side she can be very angry and fustrated.
It gets her down all the time and she wishes she could just be like the other Cybertronians.
So she'all come across as closed off and careless.
But it's not all just about her disability.. There's something darker lurking beneath the surface.

brief character introduction:
bayflight is actually completely blind. this happened back on cybertron, his partner has helped him ever sence, being the one to help him red and see images.
he did latter on get a visor that allows him to see shapes, he can make his way around a room and accurately do the intricate job of a medic or a mechanic, but he cant read. the visor simply doesn't have the ability to make out colors, written or painted words and images and faces can be hard as well. he however hasn't told anyone hes blind, he keeps it secret, worried that they will keep him locked up in the base to try and protect him

unique ability: Paws is incredibly small. This allows her to get into the tight and intricate places of her patient. Sadly with being so small her spark cannot handle regular energon so she has to use a weaker version of energon. Any other forms of energon cause her to become unstable.

brief character introduction: Paws is a skittish femme, constantly on alert so she doesn't get stepped on. She's very much a nervous wreck around most, causing many of the bots to dislike her. She's not so nervous while working or around thoughs she trusts, and can easily become kinda attached to them. The reason she stays with the Decepticons, even though she prefers the Autobots, is because only they have her special energon her tiny frame requires. In return for the energon she promises to heal damaged bots.

brief character introduction: Flight is cold and very stubborn. She doesn't like to follow orders and will test any given to her. The only bot she really respects is Shockwave, and will do a lot for him. The only order she tends to follow without too much ignorance is anything to do with fighting. Flight prides herself in her upper hand in most fights and takes it very strongly to lose to an Autobot.

Once Inari Kitsune has finished their forms and we have an Autobot Commander (who I believe is going to be claimed by Crimson_Raven) I can write out the starting post and we can begin.
