Garkas was born to the previous leader of the village: Tiresias. Tiresias was Garkas' father, but he was also a human. Nimue on the other hand, Garkas' mother, was an elf. This makes Garkas and his sister Ena half-bloods. When he was a child he felt like he may be picked on by other kids because he was a half-blood, but since he was the son of the village leader no one dared to say anything. Inter-racial relationships were not as common or favoured when Garkas was a child but since then they became more accepted by society and now no one notices his race at all.

While growing up he had some problems. He was constantly trained on the law and the art of fighting, he didn't have much time to go out and make friends. His father wanted to train a good leader for the future and so it took away some of his childhood. Whenever he had free time Garkas would go outside but never had a chance to make any true friends. His only true friend was his sister Ena but even she was absent for a long time as she spent a lot of time with her mother who was training her to be a craftswomen.

Sometimes his father would let Garkas visit the blacksmith where he would help out sometimes. This got him very interested in making weapons and he believes that if he didnt become the leader, he would be a blacksmith for sure. However he doesnt have the experience or training for it, but he does like having the best and more visually appealing weapons and armoury.

Garkas became leader of the village when he was 21, this was when his father became too old and stepped down from leadership. All the years of training payed off and Garkas was a good leader alongside his dragon, Ipho, whom he befriended during his training and has been a loyal companion to him since. He is still good friends with his sister but they do not see eachother often.

Ena is the daughter of the previous village leader Tiresias, and also a sister to the current leader Garkas. Garkas and Ena were really close when they were kids and up to their adulthood. As a kid she didn't get to spend much time with him as he was always mentored by her dad on leadership. As she was the second-born, she wasn't the next in line to become leader. Instead her mother decided to keep her hands busy with creating things, and Ena eventually decided she wanted to be a craftswoman. She showed great talent in the art and her mother chose one of the best craftsmen in the village to be her mentor.

After years of practise in making jackets, boots, belts and bags her mentor was thoroughly impressed. Ena decided to open her own shop, named "The Leather Shack". Inside she makes various items from many kinds of leather. She specialises in makes belts and jackets but has other items as well and also makes custom items for an extra cost. Her shop can be expensive but you are promised high quality and durabilty. She buys skins from the hunters and makes her own leather usually from the skins of unicorns, pegasus, serpents, and cheaper cow and horse.

Ena's best friend is her dragon Ardas, who she spends as much time as possible with. Both are quite shy when it comes to meeting new people but are very comfortable around eachother. Ena makes a good and loyal friend if you break her shell and become close friends.

Ipha was born in a small wild dragon clan, consisting of less than 10 dragons. They helped eachother to survive and hunted together. Since she hatched she was expected to help the clan in some way and she did so by looking for new hideouts or places to stay before moving on. She was an only child, her mother layed one egg only. She stayed with this clan for about a hundred years which is when she decided to move on, living the majority of her life in isolation. Even though she enjoyed it, she found it lonely after a while and went to seek a human worthy of her companionship. This is when she found Garkas, and they bonded instantly. Since then they have been inseparable.

Ipha is a wise dragon, she chooses her friends carefully. She may be hard to befriend at first and she may act quite harsh and cold,
but once she warms up to you she becomes a great friend. She wishes to be a mother one day.

Ardas was born the runt of the family, he is quite small for a dragon. For this, he was picked on by his bigger siblings who hatched with him and his parents didn't do much about it. Once he was old enough to sustain himself he left his home, he was only about 20 years old. He wandered mostly alone, sometimes joining dragon clans but leaving soon after due to their mocking. This made Ardas feel very alone and useless. Eventually he found Ena, a young girl from the village. He immediatly felt a connection with her and stayed with her, their bond getting stronger with each day. Now the two are best friends and are never seen without eachother. Ardas often stays inside her house because he can fit in it while many other dragons cant. She helped him enjoy his size rather than hate it.

Ardas is a really shy male and isn't seen often, usually he guards the outside of Ena's shop to make sure no one shoplifts. He doesn't hang around other dragons or people, he only stays with Ena. Others usually know who he is but simply aren't friends with him because he never socialises.

Born of two gatherers, Eddar grew up constantly being lectured about gardening and plants, which are two things he never cared about in the slightest. They had all lived in a village far away from his current home and he'd moved about the age of 17. From a very young age he refused to work, and nothing anybody did ever made him even consider sticking his foot out and participating. But, as time went on, he obviously needed a job and decided to become a scout, which was something that interested him more and also something he could gain more from. He met his Dragon at a young age and the two bonded instantly.

Dezahrel was hatched to an elf named Sallirah. She had raised him as best she could but he was never quite as wise as the other dragons. Sure, he was intelligent, but he didn't have the right attitude to be called 'wise'. Eventually, he felt inclined to leave his owner. It wasn't really working, and she didn't get on well with him. On his travels around he met Eddar and he was more like him than any other possible owner he'd ever met. He has been trained to be very fast, and often Eddar bets money on him in races.

Jay is a little shy for a reason. He doesn't remember his childhood very well, but he does know that his parents were never around. Since he was an only child, he was always alone, and so he never learned how to socialize very well, and that led him to spend all of his time alone. When he was about 9 or 10, he found himself surrounded by a group of boys. They teased him for always being alone and then beat him up because they thought he was weird. No one cared enough to stop the boys, and Jay was left bloodied, bruised, and crying. Ever since then, he has been cautious about who he hangs around and trusts. He still doesn't have many friends to this day. He will never forget the day he met Lance. When he was around 17, he was out looking for materials to gather when he he came across him. He kept himself hidden, and continued to watch the dragon for a few days, taking note of how he wwas always alone. But one day, when he was watching Lance, he accidentally made a sound, and when the dragon noticed him, he attacked Jay, nearly killing him. Jay will never know why he wasn't killed that day, or why the dragon decided to stay with him, but he is forever thankful for his best friend.

He was never interested in other dragons, or anything for that matter, and so he was always alone. When he met Jay, he nearly killed him. He'd run into a few humans before, but they had tried to hurt him, and so he figured that Jay was no different. However, before he was able to deliver the final blow, something about Jay made him stop and consider letting him live. He felt some kind of connection to the human, a feeling he could not explain. He decided not only to let the human go, but also to follow him as a companion. He is loyal only to Jay.

Shayla was born in a beautiful beautiful elven tribe. They resided in a lush valley filled with endless amounts of food growing and animals everywhere. She was born to two loving parents whom loved her dearly. They were artists and they taught her how to become one as well. One day, a group of masked raiders saw the blooming elf tribe, and for some reason she'll never know, whether it be out of hatred or just pure malice, they set the valley on fire and trapped the elves inside their home. Somehow, Shayla found a way out, and when she returned after the fire had burned out, she found zero survivors. She grieved for her parents and her home, but she feared staying there and running into the evil that did such actions, so she left. After traveling for many months, she felt lost, alone, and scared, having been driven out of everywhere she tried to stay. Then one night, while walking alone in a dark forest, a band of men came across her, attempting to rob and kill her. Just when she thought she was about to die, her savior appeared. A beautiful, giant, white dragon appeared out of no where and attack the men, chasing them off. The dragon made sure they were gone before checking on Shayla, who could not believe what happened. From then on, the dragon accompanied Shayla, as both her her companion and protector. When they finally came across the village they reside in now, she was relieved to be accepted and have a home once again.

Shira was born into a large, family-oriented clan. She was the biggest out of her clutch, and it bigger than normal dragons. Her parents raised her along with the rest of her clan. She was happy in her clan, but something inside her made her long for more. It made her want to see more of the world. And so she did. Although they were sad to see her leave, her parents wished her the best of luck. She journeyed far from her home, and was able to see much of the world. She met many people in her life, but for some reason, her instincts kept telling to keep moving. She never knew why she had to keep going, until she found Shayla. Shira had just settled in for a nice sleep when she heard a scream not too far from her. She instantly ran to it and found a terrible scene. A group pf men were harassing a small elf girl. She could not stand to let these men kill this girl so she took action. She attacked the men with all her might, leaving them with nasty scars they'll never forget. After making sure the men were gone, she went to check on the girl, and she felt some kind of connection with her. Then she realized. The whole reason for her travels and her instinct telling her to keep moving was to find her. Shayla. After that event, she stayed with Shayla as her companion and protector.
