Hephaestus is one of the younger stallions out there, only recently leaving his birth herd in hopes of starting his own. He doesn't have much experience with being a lead stallion himself, but he knows the basics from living in his old herd. He hopes he can start a small herd soon, as he has been wandering alone for just over a year while also gaining more skills. However he is a confident stallion and hopes that mares will appreciate him despite the fact that his age would put the herd at a disadvantage. He still has a lot to learn but still tries his best at being a good stallion. He believes he may lose his first few mares to older stallions but he is still willing to try and protect what he has.

Domingo is a rare breed of horse: sorraia. She was bred for the purpose of continuing the bloodlines and helping repopulate the breed. She lived most of her life in a stable, being cared for and kept healthy and bred as soon as possible. She was then sold on to a different breeder for a high bid, and was being transported to the buyer. However the trailer that she was in while being transported became detached from the car and she was left alone. Unnoticed. After a few days of waiting her natural instincts broke free and she kicked down the door, running out into the wild. She has not yet joined a herd and is extremely shy and scared.
