➳abilities / powers; When transformed as "Sailor Uranus" Haruka has the ability to create an earthquake and destructive orb of light, by yelling "World shaking", and it stuns/harms her enemies. She is also a fast runner, fairly strong in her sailor form, and can (to some extent) tell when things are wrong through her connection to the wind.
➳weapons; Space Sword (A magical sword that can shoot a beam of light that defeats her enemies)

➳personality; Haruka can be seen as a serious, no-nonsense individual when need-be, but on a day-to-day basis, she is fairly relaxed, and enjoys flirting, especially with Michiru and Usagi. She also seems to find amusement in people mis-assuming her gender, as she often wears masculine clothes that easily hide her true gender. She often refers to herself with masculine pronouns, and has an over-all boyish attitude.

➳history; years ago, Haruka was a princess on her home planet of Uranus, fighting to defend the galaxy from threats beyond the outer solar system. After the death of the Silver Millennium, her talisman, the space sword, awakened Sailor Saturn, who destroyed the remains of the Silver Millennium, including Sailor Uranus.

In the present day, she was reincarnated, and lived a (supposedly) normal life, until the Death Busters invaded Earth. Although it's unsure when she met Michiru and gained her powers as Sailor Uranus, she was first seen from a distance, watching Sailor Moon take on an enemy, and then leaving.

The first few times she interacted with her fellow Senshi, Haruka acted coldly, but it was revealed that she acted that way due to her sworn duty to protect her princess, and she felt the best way to do so was to distance herself from her princess, and leave the fight to the three outer Senshi, herself, Pluto, and Neptune.

Near the end of the battle against the Death Busters, Uranus revealed her fear of the world being destroyed by Sailor Saturn, the Senshi of destruction and rebirth, who would awaken when the talismans of the outer Senshi were brought together. In the end, the Earth was not destroyed, due to the power of Sailor Moon, who managed to save the Earth, and Sailor Saturn, who banished the enemy to another star system. Sailor Saturn was reborn as a child, and Uranus agreed to raise her with Neptune and Pluto, as she was an orphan.

➳other; Not really much else to put here. Sorry her history looks kinda mish-mashed, I wrote it quickly, and didn't have much to go by. I'm basing her off the manga, rather than the anime.
