Within one and a half day's time, 5 people, counting you in, posted in this thread, seemingly still interested. Ain't that enough to try and salvage this thread? I'm sure that if we got things going, others would return as well.

It's not enough to salvage the roleplay thread. Too many people are inactive and pairings are all a jumble. Another version would have to be made at this point given how many people are not still here

Say, how dedicated were you to this roleplay's idea? Do you reckon there's a chance you might make another version, possibly with some tighter restrictions on how often should one post, maybe?

I don't see a reason to move the inactive for one week to something else. It's just hard to enforce that rule when a ton of people go inactive all at once. We had no problem with it in the version before this so I see no reason to change that
