𝐔𝐍𝐈𝐓𝐄𝐃 𝐖𝐄 𝐒𝐓𝐀𝐍𝐃, 𝐃𝐈𝐕𝐈𝐃𝐄𝐃 𝐖𝐄 𝐅𝐀𝐋𝐋

years after the four mighty clans known as thunderclan, shadowclan, windclan and riverclan had dwindled
off and come precariously close to dying off for good, a few cats from each clan worked together to rebuild
their clans and relocate. with a large new territory for the new clans to thrive off of came the decision to
rename the clans; thunder became gorse, shadow became ash, wind became breeze, and river became rain.
for many moons the four new clans lived in peace, or as close to peace as four rival clans could become. as
they rebuilt their ranks and hunted their lush new territories they began to adapt to their surroundings. one
fateful day in leaf bare, gorseclan was accused of stealing rainclan kits and after a rainclan patrol found the
missing kits in gorseclan territory had spit threats of war on the defensive gorseclan cats in the heat of the
moment. from that day on, the four clans had become divided. rainclan had made an alliance with ashclan,
the cats of the shadows, who wanted nothing more than to rain chaos on gorseclan, the one clan with whom
they had always had a dangerous rivalry with. when twoleg's with long metal sticks [guns] began to frequent
parts of the southeast side of the forest, ashclan and rainclan territory, both clans knew that with the twolegs
become more consistent in their territories the prey count would diminish and the number of hungry bellies
to feed to increase rapidly. so, the two allied clans drove gorseclan and breezeclan out of their territories in
an all out war that left many injured and few dead. with two clans remaining in the forest, ashclan and rain
clan divided up the freed up territory, ashclan claiming rights of gorseclan's hunting grounds and rainclan
claiming breezeclan's.

for ashclan and rainclan, all is peaceful now. but is that simply wishful thinking? for rainclain it just might be,
what with ashclan's plans to throw their alliance with rainclan to the wind and drive them out as well so that
the largest clan of the four can claim the entire forest as their own. at the same time, will breezeclan and
gorseclan be able to recover from being so harshly driven from their new home? to ensure the survival of both
clans, gorseclan and breezeclan made an alliance to help each other rebuild themselves to their full strength
so they could return and take back what was so wrongly taken from them. surely when the two estranged
clans returned to reclaim what is rightfully theirs and possibly put a cork in ashclan's plans to claim the whole
forest, there won't be talk of negotiation....simply war.

( 𝐍𝐎𝐓𝐀𝐁𝐋𝐄 𝐋𝐀𝐍𝐃𝐌𝐀𝐑𝐊𝐒 )
-- the starfall ▸ a hidden waterfall found in the centre of the forest where all four territories meet. it was given it's name because at night, the stars in the sky are reflected in the clear water. the starfall is the gathering place of the clans, the place they meet on the full moon of every month in a truce overlooked by starclan. the leaders stand up the waterfall on a platform of rocks while the clan cats gather on the pebbly ground on the other side of the pool of water.

-- lone twoleg place ▸ a lone twoleg nest a little ways outside of ashclan and rainclan territory. the twolegs usually don't venture into the clan's territories, except for recently. the twolegs that live here usually carry long metal sticks [guns] with them whenever they go and kill the deer and smaller prey in the forest.

-- dirt thunderpath ▸ the only thunderpath within miles of the clan's territory. it's not usually busy but the odd monster or two can be heard rumbling down it. the dirt thunderpath hugs the outskirts of gorseclan territory before it peels off and heads away from the clan territory.


( 𝐂𝐋𝐀𝐍 𝐓𝐄𝐑𝐑𝐈𝐓𝐎𝐑𝐈𝐄𝐒 )
the forest the four clans live in is rathe remote with very few twoleg activity. there are a lot more larger predators but plenty more prey in the forest. huge mountain can be seen in the distance and the terrain throughout the forest in rather grassy and get's rockier the closer towards gorseclan territory you go because they are closer to the mountains.

gorseclan x x ▸ this clan inhabits the north-west part of the forest, where the trees are at their tallest and the undergrowth at their densest. rocks and moss-covered boulders frequent gorseclan land and provide adamant shelter for prey and the cats, and the farther back into the territory you travel the rockier it gets. there are multiple streams that run through the territory and eventually adjoin to the grand river that leads into rainclan territory as well as a beautiful spring that is always fresh with water and draws in sufficient prey. gorseclan cats tend to be sure-footed with tough paw pads that have adapted to the somewhat rocky terrain.

ashclan x x x ▸ ashclan cats dwell in the thicker part of the forest where the trees are plentiful and thicker than the spacious territory that gorseclan resides in. the trees are mainly pines and birch trees, and while sunlight does filter in around some places, most of the forest below is cast in shadows and is dimly lit by the sun overhead. these cats tend to have excellent vision in the shadows and have adapted well to using the darkness to their advantage. there is a portion of ashclan territory know as the "deadland" precisely because everything that lived in that part of the territory was destroyed in a devastating forest fire. the deadland was also where ashclan's former camp was located, but when the fire struck and turned everything to ash they relocated deeper into their territory.

breezeclan x x x ▸ this clan calls the open expanses of the forest their home. with their camp nestled on the edge of the forest in a deep ravine, the breezeclan cats are more susceptible to dangerous floods when it rains heavily as well as rock slides when the walls of the ravine become unstable and dislodged. though, it is also more difficult for them to be ambushed because the only way in and out of the camp is from above, and even the simple task of descending and ascending in and out of the camp can be putting the travellers life in jeopardy because of the very steeping and rocky slope. breezeclan claims the spacious meadows and open landscape as their home and hunting grounds and tend to be very swift and agile since they have to cover a large amount of ground when hunting as to not be detected too soon by prey. the cats utilize the forest for hunting sometimes but not as frequently as the meadows which are their main source of prey.

rainclan x x x ▸ the marshes are where the rainclan cats call home. a vast majority of their territory is made up of marshes and wetlands while the rest is of low forests. the rainclan camp is situated around a small waterfall in the back of the clan's territory. the medicine cat's den is underground at the left of the base of the waterfall while the leader's den is actually behind the waterfall. these cats tend to be excellent swimmers with very sleek and short pelts. the large river that cuts through gorseclan territory does the same in rainclan land, though it weaves throughout the wet territory more than it does the neighbouring clan's.

given their warrior names once their mentor and the clan leader decide they have completed
their training.
