The sun is beaming down on the remainder of your packmates. Bodies of those who didn't make it lay around camp, covered in mud and blood. Some died of starvation and dehydration; others weren't fast enough to beat the major flood probably caused by a human dam failing and the massive amount of rain they have received in the past two weeks. Luckily the summer heat has dried up most of the water, and half the pack has managed to survive. You and your packmembers are now able to get off high grounds. You realize there is nothing left for you here now; leaving you with one mission. Find a new home, create a larger, more prosperous pack, and survive.
