now, flea city is a big town with little traffic. cats from all around flocked there, but when
the big fire happened, most people left, cats too. flea city is a big place filled with cat gangs,
loners, couples, stars and nobodies... it's basically the new york city, la, and hollywood
for cats! and this is the place to go. you could be a stray, living among the run down buildings,
or the pretty little buildings, running through the sewer, hanging out in an old bar, or raiding a store!
it's all up to you, and this is where you can make your story, your life, your anything... so, will you go there?
what will you do?

✦ characters may form gangs or clans, be loners, be popular, etc.
✦ be realistic; the only exception is cats being able to be popular
singers - like pop-stars, and cats can "rent" hotel rooms and that sort.
✦ reservations can be pm'ed or posted into the discussion.
✦ please post at least a pargraph with at least 7 sentences.

✦ violence and gore should not be too graphic. please understand and
accept a five dodge minimum, though, when fighting: three minor hit dodges, two
major hit dodges.
✦ the city is basically abandoned, but some people may be found
throughout - cars, outer buildings, etc.
✦ the inner city is pretty destroyed, and had been before the fire.
any of the nicer buildings unscathed are a part of the outer city. buildings
inside the city will not be cleaned or pristine. they will be worn down, broken,
and some even collapsing.
✦ currency within flea city is non-existent. it is all a base of
consumables trade and items. foods that may be sold are normal, small prey
for cats, and drinks may be water or raided milk.
