Mitch, after speaking to Lucy Ann, had decided he'd go off to his dorm room and get his violin. It had been a while since he'd written a song based FOR his violin, so he thought he'd go ahead and try it out with his new work. He lifted the red wooden instrument from its case and headed back outside, his book laced between his fingers as he walked and read his notes at the same time. He grew even more anxious to get started as he sat down on another bench near something that appeared to be a garden, resting the end of the violin on his neck.
The Canadian bit his lower lip, playing with the strings of his instrument until they were properly tuned. He picked up the stick, slowly sliding it across the strings. After testing it out for a moment, he began fiddling with turning his new song into something with his violin. The sound of his red instrument echoed all around him, making him smile. It sounded good.

She heard a violin playing sweetly and her emerald eyes flew open. She loved the violin. She stood up from her laying position and dusted herself off. She approached the sound hesitantly. Then she saw it was Mitch, she smiled, "Your a good player." She said softly as her emerald eyes bore into his. The sound was so sweet and soothing, it was like being back to... She quickly stopped thinking about it and smiled at him. Her emerald eyes shone brightly as the warmth ran through her skin softly. "When did you learn to play?" She asked.

Mitch looked up at the female who approached him, smiling at her. Rose again. Funny how they kept bumping into one another. He didn't allow himself to get unfocused from his music, and thanks to his talent of being able to do two things at once, he didn't have to stop playing. With his hand still working to play the violin and his caramel brown eyes on the instrument, he began to speak.
"I learned when I was about thirteen. I only got really good when I got into High School." He looked up from the violin, however still playing it. "You really think I'm good?"

She smiled and nodded, "Yea, you are pretty amazing at it." She said and continued, "Its a good talent to have." She said nodding and then walking off to let him do his thing again. She didn't want to bother him anymore. She felt bad for interfering. She was always kind of intruding in peoples lives and she knew she should stop doing that.

Lucy Ann watched Mitch's disappearing back. He was a real goody guy. Too bad he had to go. Lucy Ann wanted to get to know him because she had a feeling they shared the same interests. She pulled out her spiral notebook she was carrying with her everywhere and wrote a song which had popped into her mind. It was a short verse about how beautiful dreams are and the regret you have when you wake up in the middle and lose it forever.

"Aah!"she grumbled a little while later. She was not getting the right words. Sighing, she continued her walk almost finishing the whole of the campus. She wanted to meet someone, talk to someone. The ready tears which were always there with the brunette came as she felt lonely. The girl was a easy crier. But not that she would sob, but just a matter of few tears. She missed her family and her best friends. She walked back to her dorm deciding to make a video. On the way, she wondered about who her roommate would be. It would be quite nice to have someone to talk to. She also decided to meet up with Mitch later. Maybe they had the same classes. She simply got to know about Mitchell Saunders!

Mitch frowned a little, watching as Rose quickly exited the scene. He shrugged, returning his full attention to his violin again. He pushed the stick of the instrument again the strings, jerking his arm up and down to form the rhythm he wanted. His caramel brown eyes traveled around the area, at last spotting someone else he knew. Lucy Ann? The male smiled, continuing to play. He'd actually enjoyed talking to her, she was very nice. In fact, he thought they had a lot in common.
