I howl in pain and buried my face in my paws. I whimpered and closed my eyes, trying to ignore the pain of my powers fighting back.

rune i care for you more than her i do but shadowfires family now if shes mates with thunder i look after family i especially look after you and our pups more than anything rune i do" he said

I howled again, loud enough for Thunder, Nash, and Rune to hear me. I wiped my tears and layed there. I took a deep breath and got up. I shook my fur out and howled even louder, this time not with pain, but with strength. I sat down and closed my eyes, waiting for someone to come.
