Hell is made up of five cities: Hellsig, Verraai, Svarinael, Styx and Nefas. As you quite literally fell into hell, you've probably landed somewhere in Firesaerian, the cold barren areas between cities, but as of now you are in Verraai. You were probably moved there by a passing demon or something. There are many like you here, Verraai is dubbed the city of fallen angels for a reason.
