It is the victorian era. The age of art and science. New tecnologies powered by steam have come into play. Lasers have been invented. Airships fill the skys and most everyones weapons of choice are laser guns and plasma swords. Huge metal cities are built to the usual victorian cities. Steam powered cariges ride next to horsedrawn ones. Life goes on as usual in this world. Until the romurs start. People who can...change. The government puts out warrents for their capture. Sky pirates take to the skies in search of these "Monsters" Officials arest anyone suspected of being a Shifter, or harboring them. Citizens try to continue normal lives, but are allways warry. The shifters hide where they can, some join together to fight back. Is there no hope for peace?

High class- high ranking, respectible, rich. These people live in large houses. usualy they are snobby, even though they have good manners. not all are like that though. While some will turn in anyone that seems to be a shiftter, others will hide them and try their best to protect them.
