Ari would have, but she was weak, and kind of easily scared.
On second thought, she could change the thoughts of anything she could see. Plus, she wasn't very tired anyways.
"I could help keep guard."
"And, no one has answered the door yet. The cabin must be abandoned."

She reached the cabin and saw the other three there, "does anyone live here or can I finally get some sleep?"

Rowan, being afraid of the dark, ran ahead to catch up with the scouts. He made it to the cabin. The twins were at the front door, but Rowan approached the window and looked inside the 'living room' area. He could see that the interior seemed rather dusty, and cobwebs were everywhere.
"I don't think anyone lives here anymore," he whispered.

"I can take the first or last shift. I can't wake up in the middle of the night so..."

Erion and Laurel glanced at each other, engaged in a staring contest before Erion remembered.

"Jinx." He smirked at Laurel's disbelieving face before looking at Rowan. "I call dibs on couch if they have one."

Closing her eyes and focusing on her powers, she bounced inside of the wooden cabin. opening her eyes again, she walked forward to unlock the door to let the others in, then began to explore the insides. It wasn't too big, which could be a problem as the group was so large. There probably wouldn't be enough things to sleep on, so some people were going to be uncomfortable for the night.

Jaai noticed the glare Cilan sent and gave a dejected sigh. "It's alright, I'll watch him if that makes you feel better."
She detested quarrels and decided to get things over with. Honestly, the animosity was ridiculous.

She smiled, "that's great," she then rushed inside the small cabin. She was not going to go on watch duty after having to dodge so many crossbow bolts and take that fall, she was exhausted.

Jaai sat just outside the cabin, setting her axe against the wooden wall. Her bag was flung unceremoniously onto the dirt floor.

"Alright. I trust you two to be reasonable," Cilan said to Jaai and Cyprian. Honestly, he felt like he could trust Cyprian more when he was around Jaai. The ice girl was calm enough to keep him in check easily, and powerful enough to overpower him in case anything actually happened.
He, Cyprian, and Rowan entered the door.
"I can sleep on this rug," Rowan said as he entered the living room.
"I'll probably sleep on the floor or something, but I'm gonna take watch second shift," Cilan said. "Erion and Laurel, you two want to join me then?"

Ari walked inside the cabin and looked around. "This place looks like it hasn't been used in years. I'm surprised the cabin isn't falling apart."
As she entered the cabin, she was in the living room. The kitchen was cut off from everywhere but the living room. To the right of the front door was a small, ominous hallway which lead to a bedroom and a bathroom. She was surprised there was no fireplace.
She realized that Jaai took her place as a guard, but she didn't mind. If everyone's lives were in her hands, they'd all be dead.
