Of course bab' this is just a tip i would probably use- You could add like a censor bar on seporate layer with text "Mature" or somemhow shade it in/off or something. And put the uncensored off CS, but of course i'm just saying.^^

DeviantArt and Tumblr are gonna have the alternate uncensored versions - DA will have the two options while Tumblr will be the uncensored to CS's kid friendly ~
