"Of course Sapstar." Brindlefire straightened her posture and then turned and walked out of the den. The sun shone against her pelt, making it shimmer. Her muscles rippled from underneath her fur as she walked towards the entrance to camp. "I hope everyone got enough food today. Maybe after this patrol I can make sure the kits and the queens and the elders have eaten. Then Sapstar can tell the rest of us that we can eat."

Sapstar walked win her out of camp and kept his eyes to where they were walking. He was thinking on the best places to hunt then he decided maybe fishing was a good source of prey. "Brindlefire, I'm gonna be going to clear rocks to fish."

Brindlefire kept a steady pace while walking beside the clan leader. She agreed with his thought, "That's a wonderful idea. I think if we both go there then we will catch more prey, but we must be careful, the rocks are still slippery even though it hasn't rained in quite some time. I don't know what I would do if the clan lost it's leader."

"I know. It would still freak the fur off of my pelt." She smiled a tiny smile to herself. She couldn't remember the last time she actually smiled. "It feels nice to get out of camp. Although I love camp, it sometimes gets too crowded for me to handle. Usually I come down to clear rocks when the sunset is happening. It's gorgeous." The female sighed to herself as she reminisced about old times.
