The long-furred brown tabby she-cat yawned while stretching, almost immediately regretting it, seeing as she had almost woken her sister up. Oops. Sorry, Cricketfur.

The gray tom almost bounced up out of his nest, but soon remembered Petalpaw and Leafpaw were still sleeping. Whoops. Sorry.

Nettleswirl gave a small yawn as he poked his head up from his nest. The tom had came to the clan as a few moon old kit after wondering away from his twoleg's nest. He missed his siblings and mother but could barely remember the smallest things about them. His most clearest memory was him snuggled up with his siblings as his mother groomed each of the small bundles of fur. He wondered what would have happened if he never wondered off that day. Would he have been accepted into the clan if he wasn't a small kit at the time? Getting up Nettleswirl padded out of the warriors den shaking out any lingering pieces of moss stuck to his fur.

Petra laid in her soft fleecy bed with Spunk, the new kit the twolegs had recently gotten. Spunk was annoying at times but Petra put up with her, she was like that once as well. For a few moments she thought of her siblings, her mother Bonnie-bell lived across the street from the twolegs den while her other siblings had been sent off. Well all but one. Her youngest brother had been taken by an eagle or stray dog as her mother would always tell her. She would always smell a familiar scent near the borders of her fence and always assumed it was one of her siblings or a cat she meet before. But never knew for sure.

Sootflame awoke. He was breathing deeply. He wasn't visited by The Kits last night, but he still had a nightmare. "Curse this old mind." He hissed in a very low tone. He stretched in his nest, then padded out of the den. He curled his tail over his paws, enjoying the dawn sun.

Plaeflight slunk back into camp, a mouse hanging from her jaws. She had left the camp to hunt not long before dawn. She dropped her catch on the prey pile then looked around the waking camp before bounding over to the shadows of the brambles that made up the camp wall. She began to wash herself.

"Hey! Watch it!" She mewed sleepily to Graypaw. She stretched than sat up to shake her fur. "Some of us were still trying to sleep." She added playfully, kneading the ground with her fore paws.

Nettleswirl looked around the camp before spotting Paleflight, at least she didn't seem to doing anything. Padding over to the multicolored shecat "Hello Paleflight." He meowed awkwardly, he still wasn't used to talking to his clan mates even though he grew up in the clan. "How are you today?" His fur began to lie flat on his back before sitting a little bit away from her but close enough to not feel awkward.

Paleflight looked up from her washing. "Greetings, Nettleswirl." She mewed, looking curiously at the tom. She dropped her gaze for a moment to lick her paw, then looked back at him as she drew it over her ear. "I'm fine." She reported, "How are you?" She asked him. She flicked her gaze around the other cats who were emerging into the clearing, before focusing her attention back on Nettleswirl.
