Breeze narrowed her eyes. She couldnt hear his tone of voice, but his expression said something to her. "Could I at least make sure it hasnt reopened, If you dont mind? I really do not want it getting infected.." Her gaze drifted. She was worried that it would cause him issues if not treated soon. What would she do if it did get infected? It would be her fault! "I-Im sorry.. You do not have to if you would rather not.. I am just worried..." Her voice was quiet.

He sighed. Rex didn't want to upset her anymore than he already had, so he choked down his pride and lifted up the paw. The wound was an inflamed red, although it wasn't bleeding. "If it's not any trouble to you," he murmured.

Breeze shook her head, smiling at him. "It is no trouble. We must head to camp. Need oak leaves and catchweed." Her throat was drying out again. Gazing around, she spotted a few cobwebs lining a bush. Plucking one off with her teeth, she gently placed one on his paw. "To avoid making worse." She said simply, before swiftly giving his ear a lick. "Thank you for showing. Let us head back at once." Then, she padded back to camp, making sure he was near.

Rex followed her, going easy on his paw. He made sure to grab the squirrel, Darkness would probably box his ears if he didn't. In this fashion, he trotted back to camp, still making sure to watch Breeze's back.

Saber

Saber trotted along as she listened for prey, her and Darkness had split up so they could catch more prey. A moment later she smelled rabbit, she froze and then crept forward slowly, the sent was fresh. She stalked towards a bush where the scent led then she spotted it, an adult bunny about average size. Saber crouched slowly and quietly so as not to disturb the rabbit... and then she pounced! Swiftly catching the rabbit in between her jaws. Saber couldn't help but feel proud of herself as the rabbit would make a fine addition to the kill pile. Then she buried the rabbit intending to come back and collect it when her little hunting trip was over.

Darkness//leader//she-cat

Darkness crept silently, softly through the patch of scrub. A mouse was twitching its whiskers ahead. She saw it, and leapt. She shook it in her jaws quickly, cracking its tiny neck. She dug a hole and dropped the mouse in, burying her catch for later. She pricked her ears at a noise, and glanced in the direction. Darkness saw a crow pecking at something. She realized it was an old bone, probably there for years. She slunk forward on silent paws. She leapt and grabbed the crow's wings. She felt the wings beating against her teeth, the bird shrieking in terror. She felt it pecking at her face, but downed it with a bite to the neck. Crows were not know for their taste, but here the cats had to eat everything, hunt everything. Darkness grabbed the two kills and headed for camp. The crow's wings dragged as she walked. She made a mental note to have Saber check the shallow wounds on her face.

Breeze set the leaf down as she turned into the Healer's den. Scooting the poppyseeds off the leaf and into a neat pile with the other herbs, she picked through the storage until she located oak leaves and catchweed. Making a mental note to collect more oak leaves soon, she plucked a few and motioned for Rex to sit down on one of the nests. As she chewed the leaves, she winced at the bitter taste. Cringing as she spat it to her paws, she gestured for him to raise the paw. Slathering the thick substance onto his inflamed paw, she moved quickly to pick some catchweed up in her teeth and wrapped it around the pulp she had applied. "There.." Breeze muttered, "Feel better? I can give poppy if pain persists."

Rex sat softly on the nest when Breeze wanted him to. He watched her as she chewed the leaves. He wished to himself that she could hear his voice, hear him and speak to him like any other cat. Without rasping and hesitation. Without the pause of her deciphering what he said. However, this was wishful thinking, for Rex knew very well that could never happen. He felt... strange when around her. As if only she knew who he really was beyond what he hid. He purred softly as the sweet relief sunk into his paw. Rex thought that a cat such as her, able to heal injuries with only a glance, would never bow down to a low fighter trainee such as him, as well.
