Mitchell sighed and yawned exhausted then walked the hall way like line of cells. He watched the cells carefully but everyone seemed to be asleep or at least very close to it. He jumped out of surprise as Peter came in to relieve him for the night. Mitchell nodded thankfully to the other man before heading to his room but stopped by the room his mother and sister shared with a few other women to say goodnight and check on them before he went to his shared room. He sighed and laid down in his bed closing his eyes and quickly falling into sleep's grasp. He did not wake until the early rays of sun seeped into the room.

Murina kept sleeping, not noticing the rays of sunlight nor the rats who had finished off her meal from the night before. Turning over, the sunlight sprayed straight into her face. Squinting, she opened her eyes to the sounds of the outdoors and the light flickering. Having to sit up, the girl rubbed her eyes. Being a bit dizzy, she laid back down, but out of the sun. Her eyes wandered the parts of the corridor she could see past the steel mesh holding her in.

After breakfast and checking in with a few of the other guards to discuss shifts he went towards the prison. He pushed the door open and sent Peter to rest. He pushed a plate of bread and a cup of water into each of the cells stopping at the girls. Mitchell watched with a frown "Plate" he grumbled when she slid te plate and cup out he replaced it with new ones and watched her "Why did you lie to me?"

Being drowsy enough, she just watched Mitchell walk by. When he stopped at her cell. She just stayed there when he asked for the plate, but she shoved it towards him and taking the food and water offered to her. She ate the bread, watching him and gulping down the liquid as he asked the question. "Lie about what?" she asked him, frowning.

Mitchell watched her "About having a family to look after" he said frowning. He crossed his arms across his chest and narrowed his eyes at her. He stood and glanced out the window in her cell to see the sun rising a bit higher in the sky since he had gotten up.

When only shook her head at his comment. She had no one. He didn't understand that and she wasn't going to force him to. As he seemed to look off into the sky, she watched him. "Why are you so interested in my life?" She questioned him. Having someone picking away at her made her unhappy, but she could suck it up if ignore meant leaving faster.

He frowned "Because you lied... You said you have to look after someone but you don't ... You are alone... I don't like when people lie to me" he grumbled and watched her "And what do you have other plans? You can't exactly do much" he said rolling his eyes then back to the window

Murina sighed and shrugged. "I've learned in the streets that I'm supposed to keep my mouth shut and not say a word. Anything that can be used against me will and anything I have will be taken." Her eyes studied him as she laid back on the wall, letting out another deep breath. Gaze drifting past the guard, she looked at the cell where she heard the voice of the old man was from earlier. Suddenly her focused snapped back to him. "Truth isn't one of my strong suits since it doesn't matter." The shoulders gave off a weak shrug and her eyes lingered to the floor. His last question wasn't acknowledged again.

Mitchell rolled his eyes"I cant take anything else from you and you are already in jail"he said then saw what he was looking for out the window of her cell a little girl ran over and put her head down close to the window "Miiitchellll!" she called then saw him and giggled then saw the girl in the cell "Oh who are you!?"

Two brown Eyss looked up to him with no other words. A straight face adorn her, and a hollow look was given when she looked up. Her eyes fasted back down as her hands weaved a piece of straw between her fingers. At the sudden words, she jumped slightly and looked up with wide hopeful eyes. That flashed away the second it appeared and she sat down properly and looked up to the little girl. "Hello! I'm Murina. And whom may you be?" She asked, offering a smile.
