Oh! Uh...?
invisibility, hmm.
He'd done it on objects before, why not...er.... Spinning plants?
Zeph flipped through a leather bound grimoire, and stopped at a page that seemed to be filled with edge to edge with symbols.
Were the words on the page...vibrating?
Zeph crouched down a few feet from the curious ( and oddly adorable ) looking Floroot, setting the Grimoire on the ground in front of himself.
Zeph was cautious not to get too close.
He began copying symbols from the page- enscribing them on the air.
The lines he drew looked like suspended, tinted, light.
As he drew, the tip of the stele pulsated with different shades of rainbow light- like a prism.
He drew 6 different runes inside a small square, with a small, threadlike, line connecting the prompt to the floroot.
He quickly sprinted over to several variant plants, and drew, a circular rune with a dote inside, on the plants
Zeph tried scribbling the runes as quickly as possible.
Suffice to say, they turned out very hastily drawn.
As he was writing smaller runes along the bottom of the prompt, he heard the hunters near.
After a few seconds Zeph twirled the stele in his fingers, then tapped the prompt with the end Of the stele.
He wrote so quickly, the stele began to feel warm.

He read, while pointing at specific runes inside his grimoire
He spoke concisely, as a square edge of runes began to draw themselves around the Floroot.
Once the square was formed, a loud hum could be heard from within the square.
The entire square area, from the outside, faded to blue- as if the air was replaced with blue stained glass.
At least, that's what it reminded Zeph of.
The color pigmentation began to fade- going hue to hue.
It went from blue, red, purple, green, yellow, orange- all sorts of colors.
Very quickly.
Within seconds, it'd seemed as if all the colors had merged, making the entire area appear white.
A pure white void.
Then, the air seemed to distort- bending and twisting randomly.
The white faded away, and it seemed as if the whole area had vanished.
The Floroot was gone- no, invisible. It seemed the grass around it had become transparent too... Just a square patch of dirt remained.
If Zeph concentrated, he could faintly hear the Floroot.
Zeph sighed, with relief.
YES! YES! I did it!!
