Murina followed his guided steps, smiling softly towards him and looking around them as they walked off. "I've never been to the orchads... What is it like there?" The maid was interested and was starting to ask questions, brushing off all the previous feelings and thoughts she was having minutes before. She didn't want to dwell on those facts, and the past was always best left in the dark and behind.

Mitchell looked over with a small smile "Well I like the orchards... they are mostly quiet and sort of secluded from the rest of the castle so it's a good place to think" he said and chuckled "And in the spring and summer when everything is blooming it's nice and the kids always have so much fun picking up the left overs and climbing the trees and playing games"

Murina listened to his words and imagined them in her mind, the trees over their heads by many feet, the sun shining, the fruits full and ready. Though this was probably not what it currently looked like, the female kept the thought in her mind. "It sounds... wonderful." She smiled, looking to Mitchell, then looking ahead where they were going. She watched the ground after a few minutes, a smirk on her face as she thought of it. She was following Mitchell's feet landing on the ground, listening to the sound.

He nodded "This time of year it is mostly bare but I still enjoy it... still quiet and mainly animals live there" he said and sighed going towards the far part of the property "So before you came here did you have a favorite spot?" He asked as he lead her to trees as they began to appear mostly in rows while some grew in scattered clumps here or there the leafs were still there but we're beginning to fad in color and turn golden and brown and some littered the ground

Murina looked to him when he spoke, but got caught up in the view. She was silent for a bit before answering as she was in awe. “My favorite place was the pastures and fields where the horses were due to it being so calm and quiet, but here is just as beautiful...” she admired to the guard. She couldn’t believe it could be so organized. She was used to planting a tree by the house to protect it, at most. In town there wasn’t trees really. Sometimes dead grass though. She looked at the trees and thought about trying to get a leaf but probably couldn’t touch them. Her eyes wandered the tops and landed on an apple that was missed. She wanted to grab it, but was too short to reach it in general.

Mitchell listened to her and nodded watching the wind blow some of the leafs from the trees and onto the ground. He turned to look to her and smiled then noticed her gaze directed upwards towards the higher branches of the trees and followed it soon spotting the apple and left her side as he moved over to the tree and pulled himself up into the lower branches and managed to pick the apple from its spot nested between the other branches and climb back down before offering it to her "If they forgot it they have never said not to pick the late bloomers"

Murina caught herself in a day dream, smiling as he climbed in the tree, not noticing. She was too busy lost in her thoughts until the apple was plucked from her views. She snapped back into reality and looked to the guard as he hopped down and offered her the ripe apple. Her eyes looked up to him, then down to the apple as she thanked him and took it from him, looking at it. "That's a good way of putting it. Thank you." She told him with some additional thought. "Would you like to split it?" she offered, shrugging lightly.
The breeze pulled her hair into her face and she caught herself off guard to it, seeming to be a bit embarrassed and took her hair from her face and looked back up to him.

He smiled softly as she seemed to come back to reality perhaps from her own thoughts he was not sure. As she offered to split the apple he smiled "Sure why not" he said softly and reached to pull his knife out to cut the apple in half for them to split. He smiled and offered her half.

Murina took the half he offered, thanking him. “Thank you.” She told him, smiling to him and taking a bite of the apple. It wasn’t too ripe or too green, was still crisp and juicy. It was honestly a lucky pick. She looked up to him after her bite and smiled a bit. “For everything...” she mumbled slightly. The words kind of caught her off guard. What was she saying? She looked up to Mitchell to see if he heard the words or not, hoping he did.
