phil snickered, shaking his head as he fell back on the bed. "yeah sure-whatever." phil mumbled, throwing his arm over his head.

dan bit his lip, thinking for a moment. he debated on whether to ask him. "hey Phil?"

phil turned his head to look at dan, tilting his head slightly. there was a sense of nervousness in dan's eyes-making phil questionable. "yes, flowerboy?" phil asked, grazing his tongue over his teeth.

he thought for a moment, biting his lip. his hands trembled slightly from their place in his pockets, the nervousness reaching his eyes. "can, i umm" he managed to stutter out, shielding his gaze away from the blue eyed boy. he inhaled. "kiss you?" he spoke, his voice barely a whisper.

phil tilted his head-he hadn't seen someone this nervous about something in forever. what was up? his eyes scanned dan's expression, narrowing his eyes when dan had looked away. his eyes widened slightly, a bit shocked that dan was so forward. he nodded, wondered if dan would actually rack up the courage to kiss him. "m'kay,"

he raised an eyebrow, surprised that Phil wasn't disgusted or something. dan moved forward, closing the space in between their lips and connecting them

phil's eyes widened, a bit surprised dan was actually doing it-he would be lying if he said he wasnt surprised or proud. in fact, it was a bit odd for him to feel a bit proud for dan-but he was. it was probably one of the first times dan was so forward with something. phil didnt even mind kissing dan-in fact he even developed a small crush on his friend. he closed his eyes briefly when dan finally pressed his lips against his-leaning forward and sighing.

dan hesitantly pulled away, honestly wanting it to last forever. he looked down, his whole face covered in a rosy pink blush that even spread to his ears. he was sort of proud of himself, he didn't understand how he gained the courage to ask such a straightforward question

phil was a bit disappointed it had ended so quickly-but decided that it might be for the best. his mom might walk in and that'd be quite embarrassing. she'd never let phil forget about it. he tilted his head, noting how flustered dan seemed to be. phil would be lying if he said there wasnt a little pink to his cheeks-though it was nothing compared to dan who seemed like he was a tomato. was that dan's first kiss? "dan," phil asked softly, putting his hand on the other boy's knee-hoping that wasn't too much of an invasion of privacy.
