dan thought for a moment, resting his chin in his hands.
"okay, that sounds alright." he concluded a moment after, shifting his position.

holy crap totally got swept off my mind

phil nodded. he had a tendency to get quite challenging with simple games as such. mario kart brought out the worst in him. he shuffled over to a stack of dvd's that were on top of each other, searching through the various varieties of games, movies, and other things. he grinned as he found it- showing it to dan before plopping it into the slot.

dan smiled as he saw Mario kart being popped into the slot. "I'm going to kick your ass, you know." dan smirked, taking a controller. he'd pretty much mastered Mario kart by now, after playing it endlessly after school for the past four years.

phil rolled his eyes. there was no way dan would ever beat him. phil was quite a challenging person-especially when he got really involved with it. "yeah, no. your not going to win my dear-sorry! im just the mario master." phil said, flashing dan a challenging gaze.

dan grew amused by how confident Phil was. "alright then." he replied chuckling, flexing his fingers and placing them back on the controller.

phil snickered, picking his character rather quickly-he always had the same character so he didnt take too long. he glanced at dan. yeah sure-he felt a little cocky but hey-dan didnt seem to be the type of person that'd play mario kart as much as phil did. but hey-everyone had their surprises.

dan spent a brief moment selecting his character, which he ended up choosing princess peach. he looked over at Phil, realizing he was also looking back at him.

phil quickly turned his attention to the tv-hitting start when he noticed dan had picked peach. he smiled, glancing at dan. "nice character-bowser is going to literally eat her peaches." phil joked, immediately bursting out laughing at realization of what he said. "oh my, i swear that didnt mean to come out sexual."
