Welcome to Darling Range Stables.
Hello, My name is Donna Franshesci, I'm a 26 year old state level eventor
who competes on warmbloods, thoroughbreds, arabians and even standardbreds.
Me and my staff here at Darling Range, are looking to accept riders. Our stables
however, only accept Warmbloods, Thoroughbreds, Arabians, and standardbreds,
We might accept a few other breeds, but you will be required to contact our head
staff first (me [border collie]). I'm owner of the Ranch yes, but my mother who lives
in the city is in control of almost everything.
At Darling Range we help riders whom have had bad falls in the past and refuse to get back
onto their horse, we've had 4 previous riders with an issue after an accident who recently left
out facilities and are now competeing in state level and international eventing. This is an eventing
property, we have the facilities, we have three amazing cross country courses, all of them have
different heights, the first course has three jumps at every jump, the heights are 40cm, 50cm and 60cm
on the second course it is 70cm, 80cm, and 90cm, and on the third course it is, 1m, 1.2 m and 1.3 m.
if you plan to go to any of the cross country courses, you must have two other people with you even if they
don't want to jump. If you can not find anyone who wants to come, come find me and i'll help out or find
one of the staff to go with you.
We have three show jumping arena's, one arena we allow you to raise and lower each jump from 30-80 cm,
the second arena we will allow you to raise and lower from 80cm-1.2m, and on the third areana
we allow only 1.2 - 1.8. Our show jumping trainers prefer to keep us at 60-70 for training, and rarely any higher,
the higher jumps are simply for fun and you are allowed to jump that height twice a week only, the rest of the week
you must be in training, mostly flat work. Show jumping is just dressage but with obstacles, the better you
and your horse are at flat work and dressage, the better you will be when it comes to jumping.
Not even I am great, I fall, I tumble, i break bones, but you know what, I get right back up. And you
all need to copy me, do the same, don't let one fall scar you for life
