Knyte followed behind her. Just a few paces off. His shoulder was still trailing blood, he hoped that the fae wouldn't notice. Soon, after running awhile the pain in his shoulder wound became to great for him to deal with. Stumbling, he fell and lay on his side. Gasping for breath. Looking over at her, he spoke. "Go ahead. They are going to catch me anyways. I have been trailing blood. Don't worry. I won't rat you out." Once finished he licked his fur. Trying to rid it of the crimson color. Looking back up to her he attempted a small smile. "Go. I'll head this way. So they won't follow you." Getting up he started to walk another direction. Rubbing against a few trees and scent marking them.
