when you are in high school where everything seems so hard. you see, in high sc
hool; to be different is to be a freak. everyone tries very hard to fit in with ever
yone else, no matter even if someone says they are different. no one wants to
be left out, no one wants to be lonely so everyone conforms to be the high scho
ol equivalent of 'normal'. high school is suppose to be the time when you figure
out who you want to be, to be your own self, not being like everyone else. it is
a hard thing to do; figure out who you want to be, but needed. with everyone sp
eaking in borrowed voices, who will be them? so, tell me who you are, if you dare

richmond high is nestled in the sunny state of florida, more specifically tampa.
richmond high is also home to the fighting jaguars. they are mostly know for
their sports but there is some light for the music and writing aspects for the
school. the building itself is five stories; a level for each of the main subjects
and a level dedicated to the musical and other extra classes;; the gym is in the
basement. the school has a fairly large courtyard for the student to congregate
at any given free time. behind the school is the football field, baseball field, and
all other sports field/courts. richmond high is basically a five star private school
without the boarding or hand choosing the students.

first event : beach party
no student likes the end of summer, but there is one thing most
students of richmond high look forward too; the student ran beach
party. no one really knows when or who made it a tradition, but it
is now. it starts in the mid-afternoon and goes well into the night.
it's held at a small beach not many people go to which is what makes
it perfect for the party. during the day is like most days at the beach;
hanging with friends, swimming, surfing; just about anything you can
think of. at night, a large bon-fire is made and glow sticks are handed
out for a perfect end of the summer.

second event event : pep rally
at the end of the first week of school at richmond high is usually
always ended with a pep rally to get everyone hyped up for the
start of the school year; obviously this year is no different. the
pep rally usually takes the whole day with 'spirit week' like games;
each grade being in a team and competes with the other grades for
the coveted 'spirit jug'.
