"Oh cool!" he responded. "I'm taking visual arts" he explained, subconsciously reaching for his backpack, where he keeps his sketchbook. "i draw...i don't think i'm that good though" he added.

book from his hands and skimmed threw it.
"these are amazing!," she said to him.
she handed him back his sketch book.

Finn looked down, blushing. "thanks" he said, gently placing the book back in his bag. As they rounded another corner he came to a stop in front of a small white brick building. "here we are" he said, holding open the door for Summer.

Eli nodded enthusiastically towards Kian, giddy with happiness and giggly like a teenage girl who just found love. "I'll take the soonest appointment, then. I get fridays off at the coffee shop, so I've got all day." Glancing over once more at the design, still in awe at the abilities of the man (what he guessed to be) only a few years older than him, Eli turned back towards the door and began to walk forward, spinning around once more to face Kian as his hand graced the door handle with a charming smile on his face. "So, I'll see you at two then, Kian. Have an amazing morning-" Pushing the door open, the brown haired boy had almost shut the door before quickly sticking his head back in, laughing and rubbing the back of his neck awkwardly "Oh, and I'll bring you a little something more later. For being so good about this and all. No if, and, or but's. See ya!"

Sticking his hands in the front pockets of his jeans, Eli skipped a few steps ahead and whistled to himself, feeling what you might call 'invincible'. Now, what to do for a couple hours...he could always go and practice some more at the studio. He was a regular there, and somewhat of a teacher now, and at noon on a Friday there was sure to be no one, so he'd get some time to himself. The only thing is that he still was sore from yesterday, and he didn't want to torture himself too much. As he contemplated how to spend his time, Eli managed to notice the girl outside the parlor, a guitar over her shoulder. Some entertainment would be nice...maybe this girl will help. Walking up to her, Eli smiled a friendly smile then followed her eyes towards the shop "Well, hello there. If you're thinking about getting something done, I swear to you that he will not disappoint. He just designed me something; it is truly stunning." Turning his attention back to her, curiously glancing through the window at Kian while doing so, Eli thought for a minute before speaking up again. "Hey, uhmm, if you aren't too busy...would you care to hang out at the beach with me? I've got a two hour wait till I get to taint my skin forever, so I'm quite desperate for some entertainment. I swear, no funny business; just some random guy, asking you as a random female who has potential to be a solid friend, to go swimming at the beach."

Also, I feel bad for leaving Kian alone...gah. He could join them at the beach, but I see that to be kind of impossible if he is working, unless the client before cancels...eek, I'm so sorry @Consulting_Angel.
And though I didn't state it, as long as @♥BeefyFish♥ is fine with it, anyone could join them swimming. It could be a small party or something, to get people acquainted...beach volleyball, swimming, etc... Just trying to come up with ideas c:
