welcome to coastal carolina university, kid.
so, today is the big day. today is the day you move into your new dorm at your new college. you made it through twelve years of school and have decided to continue your education at coastal carolina university, home of the coastal carolina chanticleers. i'm talking beach parties, nights on the town, the boardwalk. everything a college student could ever ask for! not only are you getting the college experience, you're also getting the beach experience. so, tell me, are you ready?

acadia folded her last shirt and shoved in into her side of the dresser. she hadn't seen her roomate yet and actually hoped she wasn't assigned one. just what i need, she thought to herself, another person to tell me what i can and can't do. she shrugged it off and closed the drawer of dresser. acadia looked around one last time before adventuring outside to explore the campus.

ashton sat on a beach chair positioned in a sunny spot near the water. he didn't have to bother was moving dorms because he moved off campus for this year. he flipped his shades down over his eyes and settled back into the chair. there was no need to stress about the upcoming days of school for him, he was already prepared and ready to go.

"So stupid that they made me move dorms," I complain under my breath, "making me have to go back home for the summer, I mean it was great and all letting my parents meet my kid but seriously do they know how hard it is to move dorms with a nine month old." I grab one of the boxes meanwhile Finley is on my back using the Natibaby Wrap I then walk into the dorm that I am assigned too. "Hey Finn, looks like no one is here yet. Do you think we have a roommate?" I ask the baby while placing down the box. The baby giggles grabbing a handful of hair making me instantly grab it out of her hand. "Finn NO!" I say then grabbing the elastic off my wrist and tying my hair into a messy bun. "Well I really hope that we do get one," I tell her. We then head outside one again to my red truck where I pull out her pack-n-play -- where she will sleep for the next year.

Kyle had just returned home after a light practice that morning at CCU. He was entering his redshirt junior year of football (although it was his fourth year at the university) and he was determined to play his heart out that year. He definitely couldn't wait. As for now, he decided to hang out at home before his next practice later that afternoon. He laid put on the couch and noticed his roommate, C.J. Freeman, was getting dressed to head out. To where, he was unsure. Where you off to, bro? he asked.

While C.J. was getting ready, he heard his roommate ask where he was off to. Where you think? I'm headed back up to campus. Gonna show some freshmen around. Well, the ladies, anyway. The dudes can fend for themselves, he said with a laugh. He laced up his favorite pair of Jordans, which completed his outfit. Afterwards, he grabbed his three essentials (wallet, keys, phone) and headed out to his truck. He got in and drove off from their place to campus.

Theo had already moved into the student house that was off-campus, and he was sharing with a few other people that he knew from the previous year. He had been there for a couple of days already, with all of his stuff unpacked. With the whole day free of classes, he was considering wandering over to the campus, so that he could scope out and maybe help a few freshmen who were lost. Or, as an alternative, he would go down to the beach - provided that he took a beach umbrella with him, and some lemonade, maybe.

"Yay! We finished bringing everything in here," I smile then clapping my hands like a lunatic, oh who you become when you have a baby. "Alright now to unpack everything." It doesn't take me too long to unpack everything of mine and Finn's, I let her crawl around on the floor meanwhile I set up the pack-n-play and put away our clothes as well. "Alright Finn, should we explore this place and figure out who else is here, see if anyone else we know from last year is here." I say while walking out Finley back in my Natibaby Wrap.
