"Err," Chloe said in response to Skylar's statement. "I find fighting for survival oddly riveting actually," he voice was tinged with sarcasm. She didn't know how the other girl really could be bored considering the fact that they could quite literally die from either starvation, thirst, exposure, heat or even wild animals quite easily.

Devon couldn't help but eye Skylar with distaste. He wasn't usually one to judge, but today was no ordinary day. They could die here, and she was bored? What did she expect, that they would play volleyball in the sand, maybe have a couple drinks? He sighed. Some people. At Chloe's comment, he chuckled slightly.

Rix finally stumbled upon his treehouse. Well, it was less of a treehouse and more of a shamble of branches and logs tied together with vines in a tree. He gazed up at the unstable structure and smiled. Not because he was pleased, but just because he liked to smile. He looked back at the ground towards his fire pit and began to start a fire. Rix was deep enough in the forest that animals could find him, but the fire often kept them at bay. He stabbed the rat and lizard right in the belly and slowly began to roast them in the flames.
