All is well in the small neighborhood of Willest street. All the townspeople are calm. Everyone knows everyone in Willest. But one day, late at night, a new family moves in to the empty house at the end of the street. No one has ever dared to go near the building, but this new family seems to be feeling right at home. Nobody knows what's going on inside this creepy old house. Yet everybody is anxious to find out.

Hi, and welcome to New In Town! (Sorry for the lack in description.) This RP can be anything you want (That's realistic). You create the story as you go along. There can be up to 3 new family members, along with a single pet, up to 22 neighbors, 2 renters, and one neighborhood homeless. The new family must all agree on a single pet, if wanted. {New Family, now is the time to talk with each other to agree on a single pet.} Try to keep the genders balanced out generally. The forms are below, make sure to fill out the correct one. The form can be sent through PM or Post, either works. Each member is allowed to have up to three characters.

Personality: Amelia is usually quiet, and is loved by all. Her imagination soars high above most others'. When she's not sticking her nose in a comic book, she's perky and friendly. Amelia is a huge nerd. She loves comic books and graphic novels. Her laptop is constantly playing Doctor Who and Star Trek. Although she is nerdy, she's very social and nice.
Home: Amelia lives in a large duplex home, which is painted bright baby yellow. She owns both halves, but is currently holding the right half for rent. The right half is a darker yellow.
Pets/family: Amelia has a Border Collie named Nanna. She has blue eyes and poofy multicoloured fur.

History: Amelia lived in Scotland for 18 years of her life. She still has the accent. She had many friends, and video chats with them monthly. Jax is a fairly tall fella with dark brownish red hair and bud green eyes with a silver tone. He stands roughly around five foot nine inches tall and weighs in at around one eighty five. His build is that of a high performance athlete. He can usually be found wearing simple dark blue or black jeans and shirt. He has no piercings though he does have a couple of tattoos, though they are mostly concealed by his clothes.
Personality
Jax is an easy going guy for the most part. He is calm and level headed. Jax normally thinks things through before acting. However there are times when he can still be reckless. He is a very protective guy who would do anything for his family.
History
Half of Jax past has to do with the government so it is classified and will not be discussed.
Jax was an only child who grew up on a ranch until he was thirteen. He lost his father at age twelve and his mother remarried a politician. This resulted in them leaving their home. They sold out and moved to D.C. Jax spent most of his free time away from home and anyone who might know his stepfather was a senator. When he turned eighteen he left that life for good and never looked back.

Seo is kind of shy. Why? Nobody knows, but for some reason, he keeps running from his problems. He mumbles in Korean to himself most of the time. And when he thinks nobody is looking he'll stare at you, trying to figure out something about you. He tries to fit in, hiding what makes him... him. He talks to himself a lot, and he'll stare at the wall as if it were the most interesting thing he's ever seen. He likes to listen to the sounds that fly around him. For so long he's wanted to be a different person. But he has to face the fact that he can't. He is a mute as well.

History
When Seo was born, he was like any other baby, cute, small, but something about him struck his parents. When he was five he decided to drink Bathroom cleaner with bleach. It severely burned his larynx. His voice is raspy, and he doesn't talk much.

Likes
Seo likes a lot of things, he likes smelling flowers early in the morning, he likes the scent gasoline gives off at the gas station. He likes the mewling sound kittens make when they want their mother. He likes watching bee's collect nectar. But most of all he likes being quiet, and he makes hand gestures when he doesn't want to talk.

Dislikes
Seo dislikes when people question his voice, he doesn't mind when they ask him if he had a sore throat, but he covers up the story with a lie every time. He doesn't like the stares he gets from others when he talks.
