Serena looked up and suddenly noticed the other girl in the room, drawing on the bedroom wall. The red-haired girl stood up, and walked over. "Are you alright?" she asked.

I was born on a sunny May the First, into a very troubled family.
My mother and father had a giant argument and signed divorce
papers the day I was born. My father went off getting drunk and
going to clubs, taking advantage of his new-found freedom. I
can't count all of my illegitimate brothers and sisters anymore,
but I try to be friendly whenever I see them. My mother chose my
first name, and my father chose my second name; 'Leslie Joslin'.
I took my mother's maiden name, and we moved back into a trashy
apartment in New York. You could almost call ita tenement, if you
have done imagination history. My mom tried to pick up the
prices, to give me a good life. She put all of our life savings into
a collage fund for me. I went to a public school. I was an outcast.

One day a boy showed up at our beat up door and said that he was
my brother. I didn't doubt it. My mom, Eleanor, was out getting
dinner from the supermarket, so I let him in and gave him a bowl
of cereal. He looked around ten. I was twelve at the time. I saw
him a lot after that, never telling my mother. She had too much
on her shoulders already. If I ever mentioned dad, she collapsed
in tears. One day Ashton, (that was my brothers name) showed
me his home. It was an abandoned grocer's store. There were
still stacks of food in the storage room. I left heartbroken that my
dad would make a life like that for someone - my brother. The next
day a man was reported dead in a car accident. Drunk on the way
home from a club with a strange woman in the back. It was my dad.

Life got better after that. My mom found a good job and I worked part time in a resteraunt to help out. I transferred schools and had less bullying problems there, but I was still and outcast. Then we found out the news. My dad had still kept his life savings for my mom when he died. We received $53,000! This meant we could do whatever we wanted! My mom took me on vacation to Legoland when I turned thirteen, to Disney world when I turned fourteen, to sea world when I turned fifteen, on a first class trip to the Bahamas when I had my sweet sixteen, and when I turned seventeen, she got me a car! Then my mom met a guy. They started dating, and one night mom brought him over for dinner. From the first moment I saw him, I could tell that he didn't love my mom for what was inside. He didn't even love HER! Whenever she turned around he would stare at her hinnie, and whenever she looked at him, he made this phony lovesick face and stared at her lips. They kissed a lot that night, and my mom turned into some 'superior force over me'. For the first time ever, my mom sent me to bed. It was eight 'o clock. I ran out and spent the rest of the night crying at Ashton's place. He was sympathetic. I guess he had it harder than I had seeing my dad leave his mom for the next hot girl. The next day I didn't go home. I went home the next night. Not talking to my mom. The guy wasn't over that night, but I didn't even asked of he had stayed the night before. I was utterly disappointed end with my up-until-then-loving-mother.

Mol turned around and looked at the girl. Mol moved closer to the wall so her back was right agenst it. "Im umm sorry...". Mol mummbled and put her pen away.

Serena smiled softly at the girl, she seemed scared. "It's alright. I didn't mean to scare you." she said politely. She held out her hand to the girl. "I'm Serena. I suppose you are my kamerge- uh.." Serena thought for a while. "roommate." she added in the end.

"i suppose you are..." Mol repield and took the girls hand. "im mol ". MOl then go up of the bed and looked around. "you dont have a pet with you?" She asked shly.

"my fatehr took my kitten blue back since people here have aligies to cats..." Mol repield sadly. MOl then sat back on ehr bed. "who sent you ehre?" Mol asked wanting to know if she had chosen herself or some one had sent her here like Mols own fatehr had sent her here so he could get rid of her for a while.
