{ On the Surface }

>> Gender - I think it's pretty obvious that I'm a female
>> Age - Currently 16, but I'll be celebrating a birthday on the 23rd of August

>> Personality - Although I look and act like a girl, and I even consider myself a girly-girl at times, I have that boyish side that likes to come out. A tomboy, you could call it. I'm right smack in the middle of the two. So I guess you can call me your average girl. I tend to be shy around new people, and I'm often quiet. But once you get to know me I become much more social, even a little too chatty. But that all depends on the relationship. I internalize everything, meaning I don't speak out when something is wrong. I keep it to myself until it bubbles over and I explode {with anger or tears, it all depends on the situation. Either way, its not pretty.} I love to be by myself, but at the same time I love to be with people I know. I'm really independent, that's all I can say. I like to be right {doesn't every girl?}, and I don't like to be told what to do by people unless they are my teachers or I look up to them. I have a passion for skating, photography, and animals. And when I have a passion for something, I pursue it to no end.
>> History - Born and raised in a small town of Colorado, I was always around snow. My family lived in the mountains, so it was like always winter. I only ever got to experience summer when we went on vacation to California {where might I say I stuck out like a sore thumb with my whiter than white skin}. So it was just natural that I loved ice, and more importantly ice skating. My family consisted of me, my mother, and our dog. I never had any siblings, and my dad never came around. So it was just our little family of three. I had grandparents, but I never saw them much. I was home schooled until I was 10, then my mom sent me to a private school. I never liked it, but I never complained. A year ago, I found out about the school, and for the first time ever, I left the country by myself. And here I am.
>> Likes - Well the obvious, I love to skate. And I don't specify skating because I love all of it. Ice skating, roller skating, skateboarding, if it has the word skate in it, I love it. I love photography too, and not bragging or anything but I would say I'm pretty good at it. I really like animals as well, and not just a certain kind. All animals. I always thought it would be amazing to be a veterinarian when I was a kid. I guess maybe if the ice skating thing doesn't work out, I'll pursue that. I love soft colors, like pinks and purples, but I also like bright colors like orange and green. I love the snow, I love icicles, I love Christmas, I love winter. There is an endless list of likes, but this covers the main idea, so I'll just end it there.
>> Dislikes - I really hate green vegetables. All kinds. So don't even try to feed me those nasty pieces from Satan's garden. Ick. I also dislike the color yellow. Don't ask why, I just really, really dislike it. I hate people who are rude, and also people who are overly dramatic, or just plain moronic. I distance myself from people like those. I hate the wind because I have really fine hair, so it just makes a mess and its just not okay. I hate bugs, and I can deal with snakes, but that doesn't mean I like them.
>> Strengths - In general, I would consider being nice a strength of mine, as well as being smart and pretty organized. I'm usually a good judge of character as well, but I don't give a final judgement until I know for sure. I'm not the strongest person out there, but I'm not the weakest either. I'm not influenced easily, and I don't give in to peer pressure.
>> Weaknesses - I'm afraid of heights, although I don't know how this is really a weakness, unless I'm told to skate down a ramp. I prefer flat, level ground. Falling is another weakness of mine. I'm not clumsy, nor am I afraid of falling. It just seems to be when I fall, I fall hard. None of that little girly 'squeel as you dramatically fall to the ground' stuff. I might be a little too trusting, and I can easily have my feelings hurt.
>> Skills - I'm good at balancing and I would say I've got pretty good speed. A few of the moves I've managed to perfect are the arabesque, the axel jump, and various catch-foot positions.

>> Hair Color - Generally blonde, but it seems to get darker during the winter months. I've also been known to dye it to a brown or dirty blonde color
>> Eye Color - A light bluish green color, that often is referred to as hazel. It all depends on lighting I guess
>> Skin Color - I've definitely got fair skin, and I never tanned much, so its pretty white
>> Body Type - I'm thin, but not petite. I would say I'm more long and lean
>> Style - My general style is a sweater shirt or tank top, fitted jeans, and boots {all different styles of boots though, to match whatever my shirt looks like}. I do often wear a scarf and sometimes a hat, but its not a guarantee. I like my hair down, and its seen down more often than not.
>> Possessions - I never leave the house without my bracelet given to my by my mother. It's a silver charm bracelet with only a couple charms on it. I also have a silver necklace with a lock and key on it that I usually wear tucked into my shirt.
