Felix squeezed his hand around the strap to his bag, walking past the people in the halls. 'I didn't think there were this many teenagers in such a tiny town!' He thought in amazement. He went on down to his study hall class, sitting down ready to start and possibly make a friend.

The really, really, really loud cat meow that was her phone notification went off, getting a glare from the other students around in the classroom. She simply shrugged it off, a small grin on her face as she read James's message. She responded with a joking diss: 'Can I get to know some more about that girl Penelope? I heard she's so amazing, so much better than that James dude. c;'

James rolled his eyes at the latest text, could nothing stop this girl's ego? He gave a quick think to his reply, something witty would fit, Sources are indicating Penelope is STILL struggling in every subject that doesn't involve playing softball! : P

He laughed at his own dig, it was a harsh reality but surely she was aware of it by now, she couldn't hide behind a base forever. He sighed as the bell rang and he started his lesson, slipping his phone back into his pocket, not to see the light of day for another few hours.

Once hearing the alarm, Laina woke up rather abruptly. Of course in process of doing so, she hit her head, gaining a rather large headache. "Hmm..Well Good Morning to you too, bedroom." She muttered, taking the hair ties holding up now messy pigtails out. "Time to get started, shall we?" She laughed to herself, rushing up to get ready. Once changed, and all her needs were satisfied, of course except for makeup and hair, Laina did her hair as she always did, two braids tied to each side of her head. Once her hair was settled, Laina added on the finishing touch; a maroon bow which she always worn since she was barely nine. "Breakfast here I come, then we can get on to the deeds of today." Laina finished with a smirk, heading down the stairs. Her parents weren't around, most likely at work, while the house was bare and cold. "Hmm. Breakfast options.." She muttered, picking out a yogurt, some strawberries, and nuts. "Parfait it is." However, with a glance at the clock, she realized a crucial detail. "Oh well, I'll come to school late as long as I'm in style." She said with a light laugh, shrugging off any worries.
