If you mean a Chickensmoothie pet, no you don't need to :3 They have their own scheduled time of growing.

It depends on the site that the adoptables are coming from (i.e. they need to be "fed" or need clicks or views to grow such as DragCave) but on Chicken Smoothie, they just grow! :O -shot-
