People keep randomly blocking me???

So I’ve never seen these people on Cs and they just block me??????? I go to trade so I can offer on their art and it says smth like “(insert username) is not currently accepting trade offers from you.” Or if I want to comment on something they posted it says “ Sorry, this player does not allow you to post on their topics.” like what??? it would be greatly appreciated if someone could explain this to me. Thank you.

People can block for any reason, or no reason. Unfortunately there is nothing that can be done.
