Helping Friend

My friend is having problems remembering her username and password but still has access to her accounts email. She doesn't remember making an account using her email but when she tried registering it had her email already in use (she tried going through her pass emails but has no notifications from chicken smoothie other than the help ticket she recently submitted) any suggestions on what we could do to get her in?

Hey, this is the friend Sora was tryna help. I finally got in but I just wanted to say thank you for trying to help. I ended up getting another friend of mine that uses cs to look my up but as soon as she did my help ticket I submitted before Sora got on here was answered. My friend found me and then the staff member basically confirmed it. Lol again I do wanna thank you guys for the help.
