Depending on what team the ticket is with it may take a bit longer to be replied to. Our admin team is small and they have to deal with a lot of tickets, so admin tickets in particular tend to have longer wait times. If you want to add anything to the ticket you can reply to the auto-reply PM you got when you submitted the ticket, that will add your response to the ticket for staff to see.
