paperclip challenge? help i’m uneducated

what the flop is the paperclip challenge someone please explain i’ve been on this site for so freaking long and i’m still learning what things mean (i had to look up what httf mean’t because i can’t use context clues) and i just want to know what is please help

The paperclip challenge is when you ask for slight overpay for a pet until you slowly get better and better pets.
