Problem: Can't add pets to trades!

I've been having an issue with trying to add pets/items to trades for a couple of days. The buttons for 'Add pets' & 'add items' are missing. The add pet by ID is there and I can add CS dollars. Is anyone else having this issue? Any ideas how I can fix it?

Try clearing your browser cache/history.

If clearing your cache doesn't work, try checking the coding in your trade rules. BBC placed in the wrong order has been known to cause all kinds of weird problems. If that's the problem, it's usually along the lines of having something like this: [b ][u ][/b ][/u ] instead of this: [b ][u ][/u ][/b ]. So just go through and be sure everything is closed in the right order.

Thank you both for your advice. Unfortunately it hasn't fixed the problem. Any other ideas?

I believe this is caused by either your Flash or Java being out of date, though I can't remember which. Make sure that you have a current version of both installed, that should probably fix it.

Pretty sure this happens when your JavaScript is disabled. Check to make sure it's enabled.
