messages are glitching out?

my messages were stuck at 5 unread messages, and when i checked them the amount wouldn’t go down? i got a new message recently and now it’s stuck at 6. what do i do?

i’ve now deleted all my messages and viewed all my trades, yet it still says that i have 6 new messages. can someone please tell me what’s going on, and if there’s something i’m missing???

First, make sure that you delete a few of your PMs. Then click the words "Release all on hold messages" as seen in the image below:
