Is there any way to, like, give a pet pps?

So, I have this dragon from the new monthly adoptions... And I don't want him to age up! He is so incredibly cute as a youngster! So I was wondering... Can I prevent him from getting older in any way?

Please respond asap if you know the answer. I'm running out of time until he ages up!

Nope, sorry. If the artist wants a pet to stay in the child stage, it will. It's possible there will be a PPS in this litter though, since they are pretty common c:
